Evomon Evolution, Ascension & Fusion Guide

Last updated: 2026-07-01

Quick Answer

Two paths: Normal evolution (level + stones + ascension) and EvoLab fusion (expedition materials). Ascend before level 30. Unlock Ultimates at 30. Don't evolve bench monsters.

Normal Evolution

  • Most Evomons evolve at set levels after Ascension quests
  • Starters: ~level 35 + 10 Evolution Stones + 10 Element Stones
  • Check in-game dex before spending stones — some lines have two stages
  • D50CREW code supplies starter evolution stones — save for main carry

Ultimate Abilities — Level 30 Power Spike

At level 30, Evomons unlock their Ultimate Ability — a powerful move that defines mid-game combat. This is the first major power spike after ascension and makes Petal Pond / Lava Crack planning matter.

  1. Complete Ascension to raise level cap to 30+
  2. Level your main carry to 30
  3. Unlock Ultimate in the skill menu — equip immediately
  4. Ultimate damage scales with evolution stage — mid-evo at 35 is even stronger
Practical rule: Don't enter Petal Pond EXP challenge under level 30 without Ultimate on your carry — the difficulty spike assumes you have it.

Ascension — Breaking Level Caps

Hitting level 30 without ascending is the #1 progression wall. Ascension raises:

  • Your trainer level cap
  • Maximum level your Evomons can reach
  • Access to higher evolution stages and new islands

Complete Lillian's island quest chains for rank EXP. See beginner guide level 30 section.

Lava Crag Tier 2 Ascension

After first ascension, Lava Crag Tier 2 is the second cap raise — required before mid-40s progression and Skyheart tease content.

  1. Clear Lava Crack main quest chain
  2. Farm Tier 2 ascension materials from Lava Crack bosses and wilds
  3. Complete Tier 2 ritual at the ascension altar
  4. Resume leveling toward second evolution on main carry

Talent Rank, Nature & Traits

  • Talent Rank (A→SSS): stat potential at max level; reroll with Talent Vector Potions from codes
  • Nature: affects stat growth direction; Nature Reroll Potions from 30K-LIKES code
  • Traits: bonus modifiers; Trait Reroll Potions from several codes

Save reroll potions until main carry is mid-evolution — day-one rerolls waste value.

Material Priority Order

  1. Main carry starter evolution (level 35)
  2. Ascension quests (unlock caps)
  3. Lava Crag Tier 2 materials
  4. Second carry for type coverage
  5. Planned EvoLab fusion target
  6. Bench / collection evolutions last

Rebirth — Teaser

Community datamines and dev hints suggest a Rebirth system — resetting a max-level Evomon for permanent account-wide bonuses (similar to prestige systems in other Roblox RPGs). Not confirmed at launch.

  • Likely endgame-only — after full evolution lines and Skyheart content
  • Expected to require max level + specific materials
  • Do not hold off evolving your carry waiting for Rebirth — launch-week progression matters more

We will update this section when Rebirth goes live.
